The fine print

Disclosures & legal.

How paid partnerships are disclosed, what the illustrative figures mean, and how brand materials are handled.

FTC & paid-promotion disclosure

Every paid partnership is disclosed as #ad or “Includes paid promotion” in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), using clear in-video language, the description, and YouTube’s paid-promotion tag. Material connections between the creator and a brand are always clearly and conspicuously disclosed.

Rates & pricing

All rates shown are illustrative starting points for this template and vary by format, runtime, usage rights, exclusivity, travel, and turnaround. You always receive a written quote before any partnership begins.

The rate-card line items are illustrative placeholders for this template. Confirm current rates directly before relying on them.

Collab Fit picker

The Collab Fit picker shows illustrative package suggestions and rate ranges for demonstration only. It is not a quote or an offer; real pricing follows a brief and a conversation.

Results & testimonials

Video metrics, brand testimonials, and press mentions reflect illustrative examples for this template; results vary by brand, product, timing, and market, and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Usage rights & confidentiality

Brand assets, embargoed product information, and pre-release materials shared for a collaboration are kept confidential until an agreed publish date. Do not send sensitive or embargoed information through public channels.

Privacy

This template collects only what a brand chooses to submit through the partnership inquiry form (name, company, email, and the brief). In production, connect a privacy-compliant CRM or email backend and publish a full privacy policy describing storage, retention, and your data-subject rights.

Terms

All figures, statistics, partner names, and press mentions shown across this site are illustrative placeholders for a website template and do not represent a real channel or real engagements. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract; every partnership is governed by a separate written agreement.
